Factory Completes $200 Million Financing, Valuation Reaches $5 Billion

Factory announced the completion of a $200 million financing round, bringing its valuation to $5 billion, with total funding exceeding $400 million, more than doubling its valuation from $1.5 billion in April this year. The funds will be used to accelerate research and development, product offerings, and global market expansion. Participants in this financing round include Blackstone, Khosla Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Insight Partners, Evantic Capital, Sound Ventures, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Mantis VC, and Clearlake, with individual investors including Nico Rosberg, Brad Gerstner, and Marc Benioff. Factory's products are already being used by hundreds of thousands of developers, including teams from NVIDIA, Blackstone, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Palo Alto Networks, and Adobe.
