Kyiv Proposes Changes to Security Rules for Transport and Business
The Kyiv Defense Council has approached the Cabinet of Ministers with a proposal to update security protocols. The city suggests revising transportation rules on bridges during air alerts, the curfew schedule, and the operation of city services. If the new protocols are approved, there are plans to optimize public transport operations, including continuous metro train movement across the Southern Bridge and lifting restrictions for vehicles on the bridges. Ground public transport continues to operate during danger signals. Changes to the curfew are also proposed, including allowing transit freight transport and enabling the movement of passengers arriving during the curfew. The government will be presented with a new operational algorithm for businesses and municipal enterprises in the face of threats.
