Licheng's panel-level packaging has been adopted by a U.S. client, with the capacity of the P11 plant fully booked by the client, planning to enter the mass production phase of integrated ASIC and HBM AI chips by mid-2027. King Yuan Electronics is actively expanding its high-end testing capacity, with AI-related products becoming a significant driver of operations. Silergy noted strong demand for AI and high-speed interconnects, particularly the increasing demand for high-performance computing chips.
