NBU Punishes Five Financial Companies for Violations
The National Bank of Ukraine has taken measures against five financial companies: LLC "FC Fincenter", LLC "FC Intensive Finance", LLC "Financial Asset Management Company", LLC "Affordable Finance", and LLC "Sequoia Capital". Three companies received demands to rectify violations related to the failure to submit reports on the assurance of annual reporting data for the year 2025. They must align their activities with legislation by September 29, 2026. Two other companies, "Affordable Finance" and "Sequoia Capital", received written reservations due to deficiencies in their operations. The measures were implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on Corporate Governance and Internal Control of Financial Companies. These companies must also address the deficiencies by September 29, 2026. The decisions were made by the Supervisory and Regulatory Committee on September 7, 2026. Earlier, the NBU revoked the licenses of three financial companies and removed them from the state register.
