OSL Group Reports 65.8% Increase in Total Revenue for 2026 Interim Results
OSL Group (HKEX:863) announced its interim results for the period ending June 30, 2026, reporting total revenue of HKD 55.813 billion, a year-on-year increase of 65.8%. Revenue from payment services reached HKD 49.083 billion, up 69.3%, accounting for 88% of total revenue. The total transaction volume was HKD 172 billion, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 241.3%. Revenue from outside the Asia-Pacific region was HKD 7.8 billion, a tenfold increase compared to the previous year. Adjusted non-IFRS earnings were HKD 331 million, up 75.5% year-on-year. Kevin Choi, Executive Director and CEO of OSL Group, stated that despite a significant market correction, the company's transaction volume and revenue reached new highs, making it the largest stablecoin payment infrastructure company globally by B2B stablecoin payment transaction volume. In 2025, the company completed a strategic upgrade, achieving a total B2B stablecoin payment volume of USD 12.3 billion for the year. The corporate USD stablecoin USDGO, launched in February 2026, saw a circulation volume exceeding USD 800 million within four months, surpassing USD 1.2 billion by August. During the reporting period, OSL completed the acquisition of Banxa Holdings Inc. in January 2026 and obtained the EU MiCAR license and Australian AFSL, while also launching the stablecoin payment infrastructure OSL AgentPay aimed at AI agents.
