Today’s Digest

1 The day after the hike, the three major U.S. indexes close higher. Chips and crypto treasury stocks lead as the 10-year yield retreats from above 5%.
2 Regulators launch a five-year innovation exemption for tokenized NMS stocks. UNI, ONDO and Robinhood-chain names strengthen.
3 Bitcoin stabilizes around $76,000–$77,000. ZEC briefly clears $1,500 and NEAR rises about 20%.
4 The next window is roughly even odds of another October hike, plus whether spot ETFs and AI capex stay firm.

1、Crypto Market Highlights

1)Bitcoin Stabilizes After the Hike as Risk Appetite Recovers With Stocks and Bonds

Bitcoin rebounded with risk assets on September 17 ET, returning to about $76,000–$77,000, with Ethereum around $2,430–$2,450. The hike itself is done, but a retreat in the 10-year from above 5% and a giveback in oil brought ETF and treasury-stock buyers back in. Next still depends on roughly even odds of another October hike and whether spot ETFs keep taking inflows.

Spot: BTC / ETH
Futures: BTC / ETH

2)Tokenized-Stock Innovation Exemption Lands; UNI, ONDO and Robinhood-Chain Memes Strengthen Together

After the Senate rejected the Clarity Act, regulators on September 17 ET launched a five-year innovation exemption for tokenized NMS stocks. Eligible TSVs may trade tokenized shares with full shareholder rights on a licensed AMM; synthetic positions are out of scope. UNI rose about 16%, having become the main DEX for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain after the v4 fee switch went live on July 27. ONDO, BP and Robinhood-theme names also advanced; Robinhood-chain memes such as AI, WISHBONE, BONER and MEME repaired after the drop. The new rule only screens names that can enter an approved channel, so real volume-and-fee names will separate faster from pure narrative.
Watchlist: UNI, ONDO, CASHCAT
Spot: UNI / ONDO / CASHCAT
Futures: UNI / ONDO / CASHCAT

3)ZEC Approaches $1,500 and Lifts the Privacy Complex

ZEC broke $1,400 and briefly $1,500, up about 18%–22% in 24 hours, with market cap moving above $20 billion. Larger short mark-to-market losses reinforced the squeeze. The privacy narrative and returning capital lifted COTI, MINA, ZK and CC. Near-term prices already embed policy and squeeze premia; if majors give back, sector swings will widen.
Watchlist: ZEC, COTI, MINA, ZK
Spot: ZEC / COTI / MINA / ZK
Futures: ZEC / COTI / MINA / ZK

4)NEAR Rises About 20% in 24 Hours as Pricing Shifts to Chain Abstraction and AI Agents

NEAR last traded at $3.2, up about 20% in 24 hours and leading majors. The NEAR story has moved from high-performance L1 to chain abstraction, cross-chain settlement and an AI-agent execution layer, with “wallets and agents automatically completing cross-chain swaps and payments” as the new fee point. Price remains below the March 2024 AI-cycle high near $5.85. Capital is betting on a closed execution loop, not AI premium alone.

Spot: NEAR
Futures: NEAR

2、Market Highlights

1)Chips Lead; Intel Up About 8%, With AMD, ARM and Qualcomm Also Strong

The day after the hike, capital rotated back into AI compute as yields eased. Intel (INTC) extended gains to about 8%, ARM rose more than 8%, AMD more than 6%, Qualcomm more than 3% and NVIDIA more than 2%; Marvell, Micron and SanDisk also gained about 5%–8%. The bounce is a repair of the hike-day selloff plus a view that AI-infrastructure demand has not been broken by the rate path.
Watchlist: INTC, AMD, ARM, QCOM
Spot: INTC / AMD / ARM / QCOM
Futures: INTC / AMD / ARM / QCOM

2)Gold Starts a Modest Repair as Yields Ease

The 10-year yield fell from above 5% to about 4.93%, and gold pulled back from a technical-break edge into its rising channel, last at $4,357. After the hike, real-rate expectations eased and precious metals again attracted safe-haven and duration-hedge bids. The path still turns on October hike odds and swings in real rates.
Watchlist: GOLD
Spot: GOLD
Futures: GOLD

3)Crypto Treasury and Exchange Stocks Rise With the Exemption and Risk Appetite

The tokenized-stock exemption plus the equity rebound lifted Strategy (MSTR), Coinbase (COIN), Circle (CRCL) and BitMine (BMNR) about 1.5%–3.3%. Investors read the exemption as opening an on-chain securities channel, but synthetic stock tokens remain excluded. The valuation repair is more policy expectation and beta than already-booked license revenue.
Watchlist: MSTR, COIN, CRCL
Spot: MSTR / COIN / CRCL
Futures: MSTR / COIN / CRCL

4)Robinhood (HOOD) Rises on Tokenized-Stock Channel Expectations

The SEC exemption points to licensed TSVs and tokens with full shareholder rights. Robinhood, as an on-chain stock and meme gateway, was re-rated and rose more than 5% in 24 hours. Because synthetics are out of scope, the market is separating products that can enter a regulated channel from those that offer price exposure only. HOOD swings will track policy detail and on-chain turnover.
Watchlist: HOOD
Spot: HOOD
Futures: HOOD

3、Today’s Preview

The hike is done. The next window is the October meeting and consumer and services earnings. Investors will watch another-hike odds, AI capex and consumer resilience.

Futures: SPY / QQQ
