Ukraine Receives 4,700 Energy Equipment Units, Another 1,000 Expected
International partners have delivered 5,600 tons of humanitarian aid for energy to Ukraine since the beginning of the year. An additional 1,000 units of equipment are expected, including 767 generators and 266 transformers. Among the received equipment are generators, transformers, cogeneration units, and boilers that help maintain the stability of the energy system. Since the beginning of the year, 589 shipments weighing a total of 5,600 tons have been sent from humanitarian hub warehouses to the regions, including 3,305 generators, 257 transformers, and 190 modular boilers and cogeneration units. Since March 2022, Ukraine has received 2,557 humanitarian shipments containing energy equipment, with a total weight exceeding 32,500 tons. More than 29,500 tons of equipment have already been distributed among the regions. Energy humanitarian assistance to Ukraine has been provided by 41 countries, including Austria, Germany, Poland, the USA, and others. From January to July 2026, Ukraine received 4,314 units of energy equipment.
